Pretty much the same story as the others. I ordered the item August 7, but never received it.By the time I filed a complaint with Paypal it was too late to get my money. Emails to customersupport@vickdogchewtoy.com simply result in an automatic response admonishing you for "bombarding us with emails". Unbelievable that scumbag opportunists like this are out there ripping people off and claiming a noble cause - "raising awareness of animal cruelty".
