Took my money for vickchewtoy and never sent the item

I ordered 2 Michael Vick chew toys on August 8th. Kept receiving emails that there were delays with the order. Then a shipping schedule. Still no merchandise. I filed a dispute with paypal but they were no help either. I contact the company and receive an email which reads to be patient and stop bombarding them with e-mails. Warning to all not to do business with this company.
