Andy has be found in many fraudulent situations.

From recycling logos of two companies in the same industry who operate in the same city with very similar names, saying he created them exclusively for the one company, the company then pays him for "unique, one-of-a-kind, exclusive work." Later to find out the truth, that he fraudulently recycled them.

Agreeing to timelines and launch dates, but instead, Andy goes on several vacations and only starts working on the projects the week before the launch dates, and then launches the project two weeks after the agreed dates. Not only is this unprofessional, but Andy hasn't yet met one deadline agreed upon.

Purchases domain names for clients, but illegally registers them in his name instead of the clients name, and refuses to re-register them under the rightful ownership.

Requires clients to come up with their own designs and wording, instead of himself, per his representation, as Andy claims to be a full service creative firm. However, it was later found that he sub-contracts everything out, and acts as a consultant.

After clients pay, he refuses to send the hi-res files.

Agrees to maintain website content with time sensitive material, but refuses, and hasnt updated the website since.

Recommends other companies for advertising services, but later each of those companies have breached their contracts.

Lawsuits are pending per his fraud, mis-representation, and damage to the companies he had agreed to do work for.
