Sold me a house, raised the price, keep some of my money

Andy staudy sold me a house for $119.000 dollars and then raised the price to $149.000. I had a purchase contract with him and payed my rent for 1 full year on time. He ripped me off. He tryed to keep my $5,000 dollar deposit. I took him to court and i lost several hundred dollars. Andy had some big time lawyer. I could not affort a lawyer. I had to move out of the house. Don't trust andy staudy, aga properties, andy staudy investments, abre credit counseling. Any housing or credit companies andy staudy has.
