Charges credit/debit card without authorization, had to do research just to find out who this place is and was shocked... Never even been to their website

Well i must say first off after having to do research just to find out who this place was that charged my card with out my authorization, i was shock and disgusted. I woke up this morning to find the following transaction on my statement:

08-dec 01:55: 36 am $29.89

I had no idea what this was for. Never heard of the place and know darn well i did not buy anything from them nor authorize any charges. I tried the number listed and nothing! I called my card holder, they had same number and again... Nothing! My card center informed me that i need to try to contact company first to get credit. But they did put a block against this company against any further charges...

I read the reports i found to the rep i was talking to at my card center and she was shocked too. So she said no more charges with be processed by this company. I have never ordered or signed up for anything with this company. I have to say... I have no need to. I have no need for diet pills or anything of that nature... I am not dieting... I don't need to. So why??? How did they get my information??? This must be stopped.
