On July 20th the mentioned company posted an ad for a contract designer/developer position. I have sent my resume and i was accepted and started to work on 22.

We signed a contract which both parts agreed to respect and be bound by. We agreed to be paid 20$/h for design work and 30$/hour for development/coding.

Andy Stephens was sending the projects over the email or by google chat and i was supposed to offer best solution. I did in total around 15 designs or more.

On 14 August he sent me the time sheet to fill up to get paid. On 15 I sent him the fill up form with the payment info to. At that moment he owed me 2360$.

The same day he told me that the payment would take around 5-10 days.in this time i kept working for him. After couple of days I couldn't get hold of him. No answer to phones, emails, chat. At beginning of september he sent me and email asking me to send the second invoice for the work done after 15 july to be paid all at once. With this second invoice the amount owed by Andy Stephens came to a round amount of 3000$. He mentioned that he had some problems with the bank and that was the reason why i wasn't be paid. He told that he would send a check.

On 14 September he contact me and told me that some other guy working for him got his check that day and mine should be after 2 more days.

I didn't receive any check or money from Andy Stephens and I consider him one of the worse customers i ever had.

On Monday 21st i sent him an email in which i mentioned that he is late with payment and if he doesn't pay until 25 september he would have to remove the designs i have done. Today i contacted one of the companies for which i have done the website and i ask them to remove my designs because they are stolen.
