Rip-off charged for 2 monthly plans dirty liars

ON July I called to have my plan downgraded from the 39.99 to the 19.99 as i had no job to afford the 39.33 and gave all the info. I was told by the operator that it would go to effect on the 26 of August and to my suprise, when I recieved my bill in for july 26 to august 26 was charged a month in advance. I was charged both19.99 and 39.99 for the month totaling a bill of 65 dollars with taxes.

I called to tell them I had cancelled the plan to the cheaper one and they then explained they had to charge for both plans for the last month of august (even though i called to cancel) and for the 19.99 plan before it was put into effect.
