Unauthorized charge to credit card

My credit card was charged $9.95 for services or something that I did not order or request. I have tried calling the 509-461-1556 phone number and a recording comes on saying that number is not in service. After Googling the company I have found that this is a scam that has been going on for years. It is time that it was stopped.
