Unauthorized charge on credit card

I also found a unauthorized charge from Comm-Services LLC on my account. My wife and I did not authorize this charge and are unsure how they got our card number. We are in contact with our fraud department and are getting this charge removed and card number changed. We did not realize this charge was on our account until a DVD (title: I wonder who's killing her now. Never heard of it, certainly wouldn't order it) showed up in the mail. I normally go through our account every week, but it had been 3 weeks since I last checked and I found the charge after I went back and looked.

We tried calling their phone number but it is not a valid number. I do not know how they operate or how they get numbers, but it is a service we did not approve. It has scam written all over it and apparently they like to dabble in identity theft also. We will be prosecuting as far as we can.
