AHCSupport.com
CarrierCS.com Credit Card Scam, Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

Internet & Web

Our company's Visa statement arrived with a strange looking charge of $39.95 from www.ahcsupport.com, and neither of the owners remembered ever dealing with a company called AHC Support. So we visited www.ahcsupport.com, and the website looked very questionable. We tried calling their number, but were on hold for way longer than it should've taken to talk to a rep and the on-hold recording sounded just as questionable as the website looked. We then found another complaint saying that they had scammed the author's credit card, so we immediately called the credit card company.

The credit card company's fraud department told us that a $2.95 charge had attempted to go through from www.carriercs.com, but they had stopped it in time. We went to that website as well, and it's almost an exact replica of the AHC site, so I have no doubt that the two are related. The credit card company cancelled that particular card number and is sending us a new card.

If you see www.ahcsupport.com or www.carriercs.com on your credit card statement, do not try to contact either "company." Call your credit card company and speak with their fraud department.
