University Of Phoenix
Taking advantage of disabled

Education & Science

First of all I started taking courses after months of HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics. From the start there were a ton of technical issues and I informed my instructor of the disability issues that I suffer (all documented) and did not wish to continue at this time.

Still I was pushed along. They made many complete mistakes in the grant that I was supposed to get and never did use them. I did ignore the pressure and dropped out.

I have doctors reports of the severe depression I experience and forworded the docs. To the university. They said they did not recieve them. After faxing and mailing the reports SEVERAL TIMES they did admit reciving them (by that time the said it was to late and billed me $915.00 not only that, they are seriously damaging my credit as they put this bogus bill on my credit report as a charge off.

Not only am I diabled but also going through a divorce at the time I am very distraught over the whole experence with them. They simply do not care what they have done to me. Even with my medical documentation they will not help me. So long story short The University of Phoenix taks complete advantage of divorced women as well as the diabled! Something has to be done here. If anyone can help me with this please let me know.
