To all of you University of Phoenix advocates and employees, understand that plagiarism is reported and nothing is done about it. When there is blatent plagiarism and it is reported with the sources attached and nothing is done about it, then, clearly, the university is showing that it cares only of profit.

There are statements rgarding academic honesty in the syllabii but there is no consequence even hinted at.

I have reported four separate students in three previous classes to the instructor and my academic advisor. All are still in school, all are still copying and pasting their papers and discussion questions directly from the web and text book. No citation and complete representation that the work is their own brilliance.

Yes, you can learn what you need at the university. However, when plagiarism is treated this lightly, it blemishes the integrity of the degree. The university has yet to show that they care about that fact.
