Took the money and ran

Our company purchased a time clock about a year ago, from a gentleman at badgestuff.com.
He and his technician did a partial installation of the time clock, and stated that it was functional, however they would return at a later date to finish. Part of the package was full support from this company.
The clock crashed, all data for payroll was lost, and we contacted this company to fix it.
After many attempts to contact this "company" (who never returned any of our phone calls) we contacted a different local company, who came out and fixed everything the way it was supposed to be.
According to the company that came out and reinstalled the new time and attendance system, this isn't the first time they have seen badgestuff do something like this.
They also provided us with other companies that this has happened too, and after calling several of them, I found the same to be true.
