The Clock Doctor
I paid $100 for someone to break my stuff

Gary Newginis (spell?) charged me $100 to set the time and chime on my antique clock. I watched him work, and he was very rough. The time and chimes were not matching. He said he fixed it and then left. 20 mins later, it was chiming nonstop. I called him to come back, he did about 9 hours later. He broke a spring on the clock and "misplaced" the broken piece in his toolbox and would find it later. He said it would be $400 to fix but that he'd give me $100 credit. The clock still has not worked right. I called him today and he yelled at me, would not listen to me or answer my questions. Said he didn't want to fix it — said he was "on vacation". I asked for his business license and he has not provided me with it. I suspect that he stole that part off my clock. He doesn't know what he is doing and is highly unprofessional.
