Ordered an algebra text on line Wednesday afternoon; paid the extra $15 for 2nd day UPS shipping. Website says books "usually shipped next business day" if ordered after 2pm.By Thursday, no notice of shipment, so emailed. No response. Called Friday AM, told book will be shipped same day. Later got an email that book was unavailable and order cancelled. Called, excuses about outside retailer, etc, but essentially they have no responsibility after refunding money. Have since found several other similar reports. Bad business policy; when I asked them to take responsibility and find the text, they said no. Their website clearly states that they will sell no book that is not in stock, but that is obviously inaccurate, as is their shipping timetable.
