Heritage Commerce Trust Corp claimed that they would provide me with a secured loan if I sent them $2,000. I sent the funds and never recieved the loan and then they contacted me via e-mail and noted that I had to purchase loan insurance for $600. I purchased the loan insurance and still did not recive the loan! Then they sent a e-mail that stated I still owed loan fees of $380 which I sent and never recieved the loan! Then they stated I had to pay more fees and I requested a refund and they stated it would take 15 days via e-mail and verbally. It has been 15 days and now they will not take my calls and their e-mail server rejects all of my e-mails! I was very stupid for fallling for this but was desperate for the loan to repay back taxes! This is straight fraud and I'm going to contact the local news station in hopes that I can get my funds back and that other can be alerted to this rip-off!
