Applied for a loan online with these (Inappropriate Content Removed) and they were totally unprofessional about everything they did they initially wanted 750.00 dollars for what they called insurance on the loan and then they requested an additional 500.00 dollars for more insurance on the loan then the said the loan was in processing. They then asked for an additional five hundred for taxes on the loan because they claimed being based out of canada you have to pay taxes on the loan. I finally put my foot down and requested a refund of my money which was sent via western union, and they said it takes sixty business days to refund. I contacted them today and they told me that my refund request was not submitted and that it would be another sixty business days how do i go about this
