Loan scam no loan from these scum new york new york

Heritage Commerce Trust Corp gave me great hope in telling me i been approved for a 10000 dollar loan. But that wasnt the case... O they told me i was approved but needed to pay the 1300 for collateral. Now i really didnt want to do it but hey i figured if i can get 10000 for this 13 hundred as collateral i had to go for it. I needed to get out of dept and in order to do that i needed a loan. So i sent them the money. They recieved it. And guess wat!!! NO LOAN!!!

So i called and called and called some more. Sometimes i got through to there "Customer Service" line which was one girl that i always got who really was not friendly or professional. My loan offier was promt at getting back to me about the collateral but when i sent it and it was time to recieve my loan i caould never get in touch with him and when i finally did his excuse was he was oout of the office. Everything seemed so legit they have a nice little website and all and in the beginning my loan officer gave me some options and let me know wat was goin on with the loan and to go about getting it. Now when i call all i get is a busy signal.

So i got smart to see if they were only cutting off my line they were.! When i called from another phone number the line was open untill they figured out it was me. Now im out 1300 who i borrowed from someone else to get this loan. I have no clue wat to do how to get my money back. I dont even think i can get my money back. Something needs to be done... And fast.
