IADT Stole my student Loan Money!

I planned on attending school there for a while and did so for a short period of time, but decided it wasn't for me and there was a need for me at home as well, so I left early in the term. I was approved for a $10k loan with Sallie Mae and allot of that money was needed for the full term, well I didnot stay the full term and the school kept the entire dispersment of the loan. I am aware that some schools require you to stay a certani period of time before you can leave w/o penalty, I did that and also left before the entire term was up. So according to the woman I spoke to on the phone from IADT I would end up owing the application fee, a fee for my bookstore purchases, and Possibly about a third of the term tuition. But they kept over $9K that i now have to pay back to Sallie Mae! $23k after interest over the life of the loan! Do not attend that "school"!
