Salliemae loan review - Student Loan

Sallie Mae is the WORST! I tell everyone I know who is in school and applying for school loans to NEVER get one through Sallie Mae. Like everyone else has stated their customer service is horrible and they never send you the correct forms, they don't know the answers to your questions, and they can barely speak English!!! I called to change my loan pay off term from 13 years to 5 years at a 9% interest rate. They said it would be $450 a month for 5 years! I calculated this on my own online using a student loan calculator and the amount should be around $350 month for 5 years. Their answer was since I am set up for a 13 year loan I still have to pay interest on that 13 year loan, even if I pay it off in 5 years! That is absord!!! I have never heard of such a thing. Like I said they are CROOKS!!!
