They sent me a false bill for Verizon Florida Co. For $70.59 I have not had a Verizon account or the phone number they are claiming I owe for

I recieved a bill from Afni on Nov. 11 claiming I owe $70.59 for a disconnected phone from Verizon Florida Inc. I have never lived in a 941 area code which the company is claiming and I do not even use Verizon. I luckily checked the internet and found the Rip Off website before paying it.
