Afni, Afni Collections Bogus collections billing statement Ripoff

I received a collections bill from Afni on behalf of Verizon Communications, Inc. Afni has my last wrong but the first name and mailing address is correct.
I have a cell phone with Verizon Wireless but the billing phone number they have listed is not even close to mine.

I have never missed a payment since I have had an account with Verizon and have kept receipts. This is the only time I've ever done business with Verizon so there are no other accounts.

I tried calling the toll free number Afni provided but I only get a recording saying that due to the high volumn of calls there is a thirty minute wait so my call can not go through at this time and to try again tomorrow. Afni gives their hours as Mon-Fri 7am-9pm CST.
Also on the billing statement from Afni, there is a line stating

"This is not a Verizon Wireless Account. Please do not contact Verizon Wireless."

Afni gave a web site to go to but my search engines can't even find it. Needless to say, they will not get any money from me.
I smell RIP-OFF!!
