Wlireservatiorewards, Wlishopperdiscount ripoff! Charged 10.00 monthly on my credit card from Jan. To Aug.'07. Never regestered w / them or gave card info

I (never registered at WLIreservationrewards.com. Or WLIshopperdiscount.com I don't even know what they do. They charged my credit card 10.00 per month, from Jan. - Aug.. The amount was so small that I only started noticing it, when they started charging my check card also (for the past 3 months). How did this company get my credit card and check card info? I cancelled my "supposed" membership, and called my credit card company. They can only dispute the charges for the last 90 days... So I'm out $80.00 for nothing. This company stole my money and I want it back. Can I press charges?
