TULSA, Okla. Pupils at Downtown University in Tulsa state they are surprised from the unexpected statement the university is closing down instantly.

The students state college authorities introduced the final recently and offered no reason behind your decision. Downtown is just a personal, charitable university providing bachelor's and associate levels in-field offering paralegal and court reporting. It'd 49 pupils in the department in Tulsa.

Metropolitan College was positioned on probation in July from the Accrediting Commission of Occupation Colleges and Schools of Engineering. Fee representative Elise Scanlan rejected to express why the college was placed on probation but claims Downtown chose to turn off in the place of trying to restore certification.

Downtown closed campuses in Phoenix and Kansas City, Mo, earlier this season but nonetheless works divisions in Oklahoma Area and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
