11738 Mayfield Avenue Overpriced apartments with loud neighbors and management that does not care about it's tenants

I moved into this apartment building and was excited when I was told how quiet and respectful the neighboring tenants were, coupled with the well built thick walls. I was deceived. What we found out soon after moving in was that this place has thin walls, and I was surrounded by jerks. I can rarely have an evening of peace when I am not disturbed by one or both neighbors. The management company has failed repeatedly to do anything. Anytime a complaint is made, the neighbors retaliate and make even more noise. I would warn anyone looking at this building or any other run by "Brentwood Village Apartments" to not fall for deception. These people care only about paying the nut on the building. They could care less about tenant sanity. This place has been so terrible that my health has suffered, all the while, I am not rich and can't afford to get out of the lease. This management company and on-site manager are negligent across the board.
