Waiting for cable repair for 3 weeks ripoff

We have had service problems since 8-30-07 Three techs have been out and done the same work, nothing, but read a meter and say we need a line crew. We have spoken to at least 20 people from cust service to supervisor, to their supervisor.

The make appts and say they didn't have time to get to us so they marked us off the list, they claim they came out and nobody was home and there were 3 of us at home. One person called and said is your cable fixed and we said and they would get someone out tomorrow in the meantime my husband got a call veirfying the time they were coming out on the same day.

It is bad enough to have to pay for such lousy service and not have your tv work properly, but the biggest problem is the weak link between customer service and actual ground service techs. Nobody seems to want to help and they would die before they let you speak with someone higher up.

The lies are really out of control and if they don't have time for you they just mark you off the list and move on to the next person and don't even bother to reschedule and don;t even think someone might call and check to make sure things got done. You are nothing to these people and this company should be closed for business.

They promised the public a service and can not or will not give the service provided and paid for. Where are we now. This is the 3rd week and we are still waiting. They make sure you pay a month ahead so you are out the money if you discontinue service.
