They are attempting to withdraw from my account ripoff

I went to my bank today 8/13/07 and made a deposit into my account to cover some bills I had and asked for my account balance, it was not what it was suppossed to be, so I asked for a print out of my account and the teller told me that I had 2 $149.95 withdrawels scheduled to come out tomorrow from USA Credit luckily she had a phone number for me because I told her I did not know who these people were and she told me that they could stop it.

I tried to call the company and was on hold forever and never got anyone so I looked for a website and got usacomplaints.com instead and imediatly called the bank and have the paperwork started already. This could have been a serious situation had I not had a good enough bank that can tell in advance when stuff is getting ready to come out or be put in. This looks like a very sreious situation that needs to be addressed!
