Charged unauthorized debits to my account ripoff

This company charged unauthorized debits to my account on 3 occasions under different marketing names. They received my credit card information from a company called Star Talent. I have not been able to receive a refund of the charges despite the fact I called and they issued me a refund conf.# on 7/21/07
