Encore Marketing - American Leisure - EMI
Unauthorized billing of $14.95mo. For 23 months Unable to stop ripoff

Education & Science

I have records showing charges on my AmExp credit card of $14.95 month for 22 months to either Encore Marketing, EMI or American Leisure. I have contacted the company on at least 2 occassions to cancel, and all they ask for is my phone number, not my credit card # and then issue a confirmation number. Nevertheless, the charges continue. I do not recall how this was authorized in the beginning but I have been unable to stop the monthly charges. I don't know what services I was supposed to receive or am entitled to receive, if any, because there is no information available on their website or on the phone.
