Ripoff selling items that are not of good qualility and accusing me of doing something wrong

Upon receiving my Fendi Mama Zucca Big Bag on Wednesday, March 13, which I was very excited to have finally gotten, I noticed a couple of deficiencies. After seeing if my personal items could fit in the bag and seeing how it looked on my shoulder, I began to inspect the bag. After careful inspection, I noticed nicking of the leather on the strip outlining the inside pocket (left side of the Fendi tag on the inside pocket). I also noticed the underside of the leather handle strip was buckling. I was sure that the handle was genuine leather therefore it should not be buckling and even it was real leather, if it was quality made, the leather strap should not be buckling. I do not think that a purse for the price paid should have defects of this sort. I called and explained to a customer service representative my situation and was told to send the merchandise back.

Upon sending the purse back, I had not received a new one (I had ordered another one) and called to find out what the hold up was. Come to find out, the customer service rep that I spoke with told me that all of their bags are fully inspected and that basically I was lying and they told me that they would not ship out another one. I was totally outraged! I go to report a defect in THEIR product and they acted as if I was lying or I had done something to the purse. I wrote them back saying that not only did I not appreciate the way I was treated, but how dare they send out a defect product and then tell me they refuse to ship any other items to you and that I would tell everyone about their service and product and report them. Oh and my friend purchased the same purse and the handle had the same buckling!
