Jessica Simpson Purse (Black with two pockets'black/white checker')

Hello, Let me make myself very clear that I had no problems purchasing the puse from Wilsons Leather in the Vacaville Outlets. I brought serveral Purses. Big sale, it was my 52nd birthday and I wanted to treat myself and I did. Everyone was nice. I brought 3 different purses, Red, Purple and Black (jessica Simpsonsl) which I hve been carrying more of because of the nutural color and loved the style. My daughter had to point out that I had her purse, didn't really noticed I had brought her. Loved it until I noticed just before Christmas that it as started to unravel at the arm handle. This huge piece of leather strip was off. I had to tear it off because it was very noticable and could not be placed back inside of the ridges. I was so hurt to know that I finally treat myself and lovem y gift to find it was already starting to tear up. Its her very big huge strap purse that don't even have a adjust to it. I have to carry it the way it is. Its a very long strap with black/white checkers inside and in the two outside pockets. I really didnt want to make a huge fuss of this but wanted her to know to get on the people is actually doing the make of it. People are spending their hard earn money and the consumer should respect the purchase out of their store for the NAME BRAND it is SUPPOSE TO CARRY! Don't need NO Attorney or nothing. Somebody else who taking people money when they are bringing the business! You know, don't get me started on them. I have never sued anyone, just wanted people to know what they do are Wrong. Yes, an acknowledge would be nice and to show you care a replacement or little token would be nice. Anyway, IF nothing ever comes of it but a pair of eyes, I got it off my chest as OPRAH once said, not sure how it was quoted now but I do remember to 'Write it down, to feel better'
