This company has slammed and crammed two customers that i'm aware of. After the second one i quit and was not paid for the straight sales i did. Charlotte North Carolina

This company is part of Cydcor so many people have dealt with them. The part i worked for did Bellsouth or now the New AT&T. They offer a great service, but i've seen two trainers add on services the customer was not aware of. When i asked about it they just played it off as they upgraded or rehashed it. One customer caught the charge and beame outraged as he was signing paper work. The other had no idea until she recieves her bill. The trainer must hit a set number or the can be fired so the presure is on. As well as they are not paided being 100% commision. Now that i quit i have not been paid on the sales i made for customer who wanted the changes. I'm not sure how to persue the correct action. Just want people to know if it sounds to good listen really close. It may be!
