Ripped off fraudulent deceived scam

I attended a FREE class, "10 Home Buying Secrets Everyone Wants To Know", in Feb. 07. Later, I noticed in (The Call) newspaper they were offering the same class, hear the President of HomeFree USA, several guest speakers, a city official, then break into different groups for additional information, about home buying. This was at a different location, than usual at St. James United Methodist Church on 6/2/07.

6/7/07, I attended the same class, at the usual location and joined then. I was given a calendar of classes for June and later received one for July.

I've only been able to attend 2 classes, when they said they had a different class everyday, Mon-Wed. & Sat. Said the same classes were repeated every month, but a different day and that I could attend any class, anytime. I went several days, no class.

Linda said many times, they weren't having a class, when I would call to verify. She then said, she'd call me, when there'll be another class and never did. I called again, told they haven't had any classes.

I've called Linda several days last wk., about issues & requested a refund. Told, to contact Elma Warrick (Exec. Dir.). A phone message left, same request, calls not been returned. Called several times since & told she was in a meeting & another day, told she'd be in later because she was the instructor, for a class that night. Linda said there were to be morning classes, believed to start next month, and other classes. I am not interested!

I met Sonya on 2 different days, when she obtained credit bureau reports and then discussed them. Something, that's available for free. I asked upon leaving, the last day; "When should we schedule the next meeting? I was told that she would contact me and hasn't yet. I planned to start taking all classes, ASAP & complete the required 20 hours, necessary to complete the program, in 1 mo.

Because they have not been able to provide the classes or CD promised when I became a member, I'm now requesting $189.00 be refunded in full, ASAP
