Advertised free 14 day trial sample for 4.95 shipping and handeling. Called 5 minutes after placed order to verify I would only be charged 4.95. The lady said this is correct and I requested not to send me any automatic shipments, that I would order if I liked the free sample. I look at my credit card and see not only a 4.95 charge but a 99.95 charge. I call the company back and they said that there is nothing they can do that in the terms and conditions in tiny print, mind you, that it stated this charge after 14 days. There is nothing free about this trial! It is misleading and a scam! The agent hung up on me twice and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Then went on to state that I was the only customer with such a complaint! Do not order unless you are under the impression that the free 14 day trial will cost you 99.95 plus 4.95 for s&h. And that's for a sample size bottle! Unbelievable!
