I never received the package and they still took My MONEY ripoff Saint Petersburg

When I was notified by the company, I constantly asked if i did not want this package can I deny it. I was always told yes. The next day I received another call because they said my taping did not come out clear. I then again stated my concerns about, having money taken out of my account because I was hesistant. They assured me that I would receive my package with the cancel phone number. To make a long story short I never received the package and they took 149 dollars out of my account any way.

This is a scam to the public and a hardship on myself because i'm a single mother of three. I believe they understood I was not interested and never sent me the package. So therefore I know have to write a letter requesting my full refund and wait for them to send it back to me and I have important checks bouncing from this problem.
