Solution RIPOFF Not only I want my money back but all the time I've put to call, fax, and worry

They had offered that I will be able to get a better credit card than what I currently had. I will be able to transfer the account easily. All the information will be in a package that they will be sending. There is a one time fee of $239.95 but that will be totally refunded if I am not satisfied.

One week later the money was pulled out of my account but no package. I called and a girl named Jannyn took the call and asked me to wait another week since the package was just send yesterday. So stupidly I waited another week. I called back and I was asked to send a copy of the transaction to prove that the money was taken from my account. I faxed the copy of the check but did not receive my refund, not even the package that they promised.

Now their phone line is constantly on a busy signal and their fax number just rings and is not set up for faxing.

What a complete scam! Not only I want my money back but all the time I've put to call, fax, and worry.

I'm steamed!
