More than a canceled flight Ripoff

United Airlines canceled a flight to Washington Dulles which caused a missed connection to Paris. This resulted in a 24 hour delay which resulted in a missed business meeting, missed hotel reservation, missed sleep.

Upon complaint, UA provided a computer generated response that contained nothing more than boilerplated put-offs. The computer generated notices have been continued with four more put-offs. UA does not acknowledge the specific grievances. The signature at the bottom of the computer generated responses is Edmund Kumar. Can you believe that?
