Dishonest thief liar fraud

I was divorced from this person over 20 years ago, in June we reentered a relationship and he moved in with me. I asked him to marry me and he accepted, he asked me to marry him and I accepted. I loaned him money, took care of things for his children all on the promise that he would be getting a job and pay me back and contributed to the household expenses. He told me that he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. Based on what he told me, represented to me and the promises he made I believed him and trusted him. He walked out of the apartment we shared March 23 took my car and many of my personal belongings. He then sued me for my car I counter sued. The decision on this issue is pending in Court.

He is now trying to project me as violent when he is the one who scamed and conned me out of my money, property and has inflicted emotional damage as well as charector assasination on my person. I now have to file bankruptcy. I have a good job and am well repected in my field. He has slandered me and lied to the police as well as the Court. He will not return any of my property that he took.

I thought he had changed from what he used to be like. His family feed me with lies and assured me he had changed. I take my responsibilty in this and in opening up myself to this person. I have found out from his ex-girl friend that he confided in her that he ha dno plans on marrying me and that he was only seeing what he could obtain from me.

This is a patern with him. He cares for no one but himself and He will do this agian. I am told that the items he stole cannot be reported as stolen because he lived in the apartment. I have bank records, reciepts and other documentation of what he oews me. I nedd to know what my avenues are besides small claims Court. He conned me and lied there has to be something else that will make him be accountable for what he has done.
