In june of 08 I loaned Marc more than $1300 he paid $200 and now denies he owes anything

I loaned Mr. Weaver over 1300 dollars in june of 08. He repaid 200 of it. When I tried to contact him through text and e-mail requesting the rest of my money he called the police on me. The police said they would arrest me for harassment if I called again, even though I made NO threats and only asked for what is mine. Now I have filed a small claims suit asking for what I'm owed and then some (interest). Tried to avaoid mediation by informing him we could resolve this dispute and avoid court, he called the police again. I am not the only person that has been ripped-off by him. A police report exists for the theft of personal property of a customer car that was being detailed at his shop. It is immoral to take kindness from someone and throw it in their face as a weakness.
