From the start this company's main goal was to take our very first home away from us. First, they make it virtually impossible to reach them, but with alot of perserverance & alot of time, you can. They started by purchasing home insurance without our consent or knowledge. We had already purchased it! We were late once, they put us on a repayment plan we never consented to because we quickly caught up. There was nothing to repay! They kept us on it anyway. They forced escrowed home taxes on us, because we were delinquent, they said they could. When we called to find out our balance once, the man couldn't tell us, but could tell us " Oh, what's this, you have $ 450.00 just floating around!" His exact words! Floating around, why haven't you applied it? When we asked to speak to a supervisor, we were point blank told " NO " or hung up on. Nine times out of ten when they put you on hold " to look at your file ", they hang up on you knowing it will take you at least 20 minutes to get through again. Yet they have a recording that will call you ten times a day.

You still never get to speak to them because they'll either hang up on you after they put you on hold. Every time we call, we owe they a different amount even if we call three times in one day. And even three weeks after cashing your check, they're still calling to tell you your delinquent. This company needs to be put out of buisness before our four children are put on the street.
