Ripped off like everyone else ripoff Bradenton Florida

Yes, once again, another rip off, a young man named "adam" came to the door telling me about how he is selling magazine for his school so he could win a trip to cancun! He showed me the laminated cards, even said he was a neighbor in my complex, pointed to his black mustang. Told me he was just out meeting neighbors selling subscriptions, I told him I already had all the subscriptions i needed, then he talked about donating to troops and to childrens hospital.

At the time, a friend in the navy that is in town for 2 weeks was over, the troops are staying in my home! So, I thought, why not all childrens hospital in st. Pete, florida, my daughter was born with part of her intestines on the outside of her body, and she spent 8 weeks there and treated her with the best.

SO I decided to donated the disney magazine to the hospital, I wrote him a check for $40, and he gave me a little tag to put on the door so no more solicitors would approach doing the same contest. Well, I got to thinking, that was his car, i didn't see the tag, I looked@the receipt, and I saw the "not affiliated with any local high schools or colleges... Hmmmmm, red flag.

Further more, his name on the receipt andname on his "solicitors "bug off"" tag are different. So, he had the all childrens hospital address written down, i checked online, the address is residential address or tropicana stadium address, depending on if he meant north or south avenue. So i drove around the 2 nearest complexes, hes gone, no where, he isn't a neighbor, so I found this site.

This just happened tonight, I have already placed a stop payment on the check, prepared to send certified to their address for cancelation, the police are on their way, and my attorney will be contacted before the end of the week. Of course, BBB will be contacted, TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY!

P.S. The local news and Florida Attorney General will also be contacted.
