Ripoff Promised me a grant or my money would be refunded Ripped me off for $449.00 Said they had a 93% success rate of getting grants

I found Mgr Solutions in the internet when I was trying to find legal companies that could help get a grant for our farm to help buy farm equipment that we need. I called them. They told me they had a 93% success rate of getting grants for their clients. They also said they had 100% guarantee that my money would be returned if they could not get me a grant. They wanted $449.00 which they ask for me to put it in the mail by the next day and of course they wanted a money order. They would not accept credit cards or regular check from my account. I now know why they didn't want credit cards. They asked a couple of questions to see if we might qualify for a grant, example: Had we ever filed bankruptcy? Were we behind on student loans or federal loans?

We got a packet from them which we filled out and sent back to them. As the story goes on, we had to call them to find out what was happening all during this process. We were told that we should have our grant in about 3 months. Of course this did not happen, it went on for almost a year they would tell us our notification was in the mail and yet we never received any notification in the mail so we would have to call them again and again and we would be told that they applied to 3 different agencies (not simultaneously) so this was taking such a long time. They would remind us that our money back guarantee was still in effect.

These people lied to us all along. This company is nothing more than a rip-off. Please help me in any way you can. I want my money back. My friend (Dorothy) also went through the same process and was ripped off too. I felt bad because I gave her mgr solutions information so she could apply for a grant to fix up her home which she desperately needed for her home. At the time I sincerely believed this company was for real but I was wrong. I want to see MGR Solutions out of business not for me but for all future clients who will be ripped off by this company This is America and we should not let companies get away with ripping off our citizens. They certainly don't have a conscience!!! The BBB in Houston had 66 complaints against them so far.
