Onlinesuppliers They took money out of my account, without me knowing about it. Ripoff California

I got a bank statement on the 18th of may, and it said on it that money has been going out of my acoount.

The company it was going out to was called buydiscount, i was not happy to find this out, so i phone my bank to ask what was going on.

They told me that it was setup when i got my e-bay account and that the money has been going out of my account since january.

When they told me this i could not believe it, and two bills was going out every month adding up to 33.

I asked the bank if i could get my money back and they said it won't be possable cause they have had dealings with this company before, and that they never did get any money back for anyone else.

I have closed my e-bay account now.

And the bank is sending an lettet out to them to ask if they can close the account and if they don't get back within 15 days the bank is going to close it.

I'm very unhappy about all of this and i hope it will be all sorted out very soon.
