Payment $449 for Government Grant application, guaranteed refund with non-results

MGR Solutions basically guaranteed a 90% plus success rate for govenment grants. Submitted my business plan for application submittal and a cashier's check for $449.

If the Government Grant application failed, they guaranteed refund. The information was submitted a year ago (June). Weekly status phone calls have been made for a year. Reasons for delay ranged from the New Orleans flood application slowing the Govenment Grant process, lost my application and needed to put a tracer. Is on the list, and we'll have a supervisor get back with you within 7 to 10 days. The tracer worked and we located your application, you'll be receiving a packet within 3-4 weeks, etc., etc.

Based on usacomplaints.com, several other citizens have been "Ripped Off" with MGR Solutions.

Requesting either a Government Grant as promised or a full refund of the $449. Still have the Cashier's check receipt submitted June.
