Ripoff, Dishonest, No response

I am also having a problem with this indivdual - Richard Payne. I submitted a PDF (property detail form) with information from a person wanted to sell the apartment complex. That was about three months ago and to date have heard nothing. Tried calling his number a few times but his vmsg is full. Had questions, and tried to follow up, get a status via email. Nothing! I have since sent two letters via regular mail asking for a refund and still have heard nothing! Thinking this program was legit, I had even purchased a supplement to his original program in the beginning ($97) which was suppose to tell you how to get professionals sending you more deals than you can handle. Yeah, right! Trying to get my money back for both of these, but doubt I will

What amazes me is how people like this can look at themselves in the mirror every day! And here's another kicker. He's still sending out sales letters to people to buy his programs! Do yourself a big favor and stay away! You'll be throwing your money away.
