Fraudulent billing, lies about returning your money, ripoffs

This company charged my bankaccount money that I did not know they were going to charge which totally messed up my bank account. Cost me 28.00 for them to do that plus the money they took out of my bank account.

I contacted the company on the 13th of January and they said that I applied for this and received a K-Mart shopping card for this. Which I did not do either. She argued with me about it and then finally said she would close my account and credit me. She said it would take 3 days.

I called them back on the 23rd of January and was told over and over your account is closed. I asked when my money was supposed to be put back in my bank account and she just kept saying the same thing it has been closed. I asked her how long before the traced the money return and all she would say is you can call back if you don't get it. Which I don't see what good that will do since they just have one standard answer "Your account has been closed. You can call back."

Someone needs to do something about these people. They have caused me four bounched checks because I wasn't expecting this to come out of my bank account.
Please someone run a story on them and make them pay back the people they owe.
