Ripoff steals money from your account must access from ebay never heard of either company until I checked my bank statement

A month ago i saw one dollar from my account but i didnot worry about it. I thought it was something from the bank. 30 days later 29.95 is taken out of my account for buy discount.
It says one dollar for trial period then 29.95 monthly membership. I put them together. I have tried to reach both of them but with no luck so far.
I never signed up for this so watch when you buy on ebay somehow they are getting account info.
