Lease financial group is trying to ripe me off

Here is just a highlight of my nightmare with this so-called company.

1st letter sent to randy love on april 17

Dear Mr. Love:

In attempts to further document my request to receive my lease transfer application as we discussed on March 20th, I am writing you this letter. Per our conversation, you indicated that if I paid the amount owed which at the time were $380.55 and an additional $100 for the lease transfer application; I would no longer accrue any more expenses with this account. The proposal was to receive this application once my check cleared (it cleared on 3/20/07) and I would have the lease transferred to the new owners of Cleary Square Market. It is currently April 17, I still have not received the lease transfer application, and from what the other representatives are indicating to me, I am still being charged. I find this very unethical because the agreement was to make the requested payment, which I did, and I would receive the application in a timely manner that it would not accrue any more charges.

However I have tried numerous times to contact you and other representatives who all indicate that they would send out the application however I still have not received it. Here is a list of whom and when I spoke to during these times, I called:

I do not understand when an individual is trying to clear up a debt how no one within your office has answers and/or refuse to assist. They forwarded me to your voicemail numerous times without even wanting to handle or assist me. I strongly believe that your company is trying to con me in some way. During these numerous phone calls, I also asked your representatives to provide me with a letter stating that my account was up to date; moreover, this request was not granted.

I am honestly trying to follow through with my responsibility however; your company and staffs are making it very difficult. The situation is being handled very unprofessionally especially when the supervisor, you, is not returning calls or attempting to assist me in thoroughly transferring the lease the new owners of Cleary Square Market. The conclusion is that you would like to continue to see individuals stay within your debt parameter for the reason your job is secure.

I would appreciate a clear explanation on why and how this is going to be handled. Therefore, I am asking for some correspondence of some kind explaining in the effort of getting the application owed to me.

Thank you for your attention in this matter and I await a call at a suitable time.

2nd letter sent to randy love on april 30

Dear Mr. Love:

Attached you will find a copy of the transfer application for my account (Clearly Square Market). I have met with Mr. Yanes and he has signed all the required documents and will be mailing you the originals sometime today (Monday, April 30). However, I wanted to fax you over a copy so that you know that the procedure has been dealt with in a timely manner.

I have also attached an additional bill from your company that I received that I do not think I am entitled to have to pay. During our past conversations, we discussed getting the lease in a timely manner therefore if the transfers lease application received accordingly than another bill would not have accrued. Therefore, I am asking that you remove this balance and work with Mr. Jose Yanes in completing the lease transfer. Mr. Yanes contact information is all attached.

If you should have any questions/comments/concerns please do not hesitate to contact me at the phone numbers listed above.

I would like to thank you for your time and energy in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you.

3rd letter i sent to randy love on may 5

Dear Mr. Love:

Once again, I am attaching an additional bill that I received this past week for 71.59. As per our previous conversations (more voicemails, faxing and mailing on my behalf), you indicated that I would not be charged any further expenses if I transferred my lease obligations. I actually sent you a letter last week with the transfer information and I have once again called your company numerous times to verify that you received our (the new owners packet and my copy) and received no assistance from anyone (I believe that to be very unprofessional on all levels). How is it possible that a person is trying to receive some customer service from your company and neither you nor your employees are providing that service?

Therefore, once again, here are all the attached documents and bills again. All I am asking you is to remove my responsibility from this lease and provide me with a letter stating that my account is closed and paid in full. Once I received this information from you I will no longer call, fax, and/or mail you or anyone within your company. I am just looking for justification and completion to this situation and I strongly believe your company is lacking.

After reviewing ALL these complaints from everyone struggling with this company I think we need to get together and file a criminal complaint against Lease Financial Group. They have made me suffer in clearing up my credit report, have made me loose time at work trying to fix the situation and I still have nto received any resolution. This is ridicious!
