Filed negatively to all credit bureaus regarding an account i've never heard of

I recently got a copy of my credit report, and was amazed at some of the things that I saw. I decided that I would start keeping better tabs on my credit and check it regularly.

Recently Experian and TransUnion have reported that a debt collector, LHR, reported me for owing $308 dollars.

I was never contacted by LHR and had no clue what the charge might be for, so I did some internet research on the company and the complaint was the only info to come up.

Now I'm worried that these crooks are trying to take me for a ride. I'm interested in joining any fight against them. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should handle my situation?
