Took $449 for a gov. Grant i put in for to start my business mgr said that they could get it for me ripoff!

I put in for a goverment grant with mgr i was going to start a business to purchase wheelchairs for the disabled so i found mgr under the gov. Web site i called them, they sent me paper work to fill out to explain what i needed to open my business so i maid a list of all that i needed to start it. I sent it in with a cashiers check for $449.00 dollars they told me they would do the paperwork in the way i would get the grant.

I started calling they said i would get a letter at the end sept. Never got it then called back, they said to call back end of dec. 06 di not get one so i called in jan. 07 they said i get a letter in jan. Then feb. 15 then mar. 1st then they said i would be getting a call from a manager with in to business days and can't get hold of them every since then. So i have been calling every day since april 1st and nothing.

Iam so upset that they would take our money like that when we are barely making it. And how could it end up on the goverment web site thats decusting. They said i would get my money back if i was turned down and sent them 4 denial letters. I went and started my business and thought i would get the grant mgr solutions really stinks they should have to pay all the money back the ca goverment should make them it was on there web site iam just so upset and cant beleave it.
